Most places allow you to buy different levels of cards - if you buy the first level the payout is $50, 2d level, $100, 3d level $150 if you are the only winner (there are many variation but that gives you an idea). However, Vegas is a bingo town and there are many, many places to play and some of the best are off-strip IMHO.
